- Terms of Return
- Returns must be requested within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
- Products eligible for return must be unused, unopened, and in their original
packaging.
- Cold-chain medicines, vaccines, and temperature-sensitive items are non
returnable due to safety regulations. 2. Eligible Reasons for Return
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Wrong product delivered (e.g., incorrect brand, dosage, or salt)
- Damaged product received (e.g., broken seal, leakage, expired item)
- Incomplete order (missing items)
Returns are not accepted for:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Opened or used products
- Prescription medicines without valid return justification
3 To initiate a return:

within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your Order ID, product details, and reason for return.
- Our team will verify the request and arrange pickup or guide you through the
return process.
- Returned items must be securely packed and handed over to the assigned
courier.
- Refund Process
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed
within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., UPI, card, net
banking).
- In case of COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer after
confirmation.. Return Process
- Refunds may be withheld if the returned product fails inspection or violates
return conditions.
