4. Prescription Validation

•  We reserve the right to verify prescriptions and reject orders that do not comply with applicable laws.

5. Delivery & Logistics

•  Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, availability, or third-party logistics.

•  Cure N Sure Pharmacy is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or regulatory checks.

•  Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery confirmation.

6. Third-Party Services

•  We may use third-party vendors for payment processing, logistics, and other services. Cure N Sure Pharmacy is not responsible for the actions or failures of these vendors but will assist in resolving issues where possible.

7. Intellectual Property

•  All content, including logos, product descriptions, and visuals, are the property of Cure N Sure Pharmacy or its licensors.

8. User Conduct

Users must not:

•  Engage in unlawful, abusive, or harmful behavior.

•  Post or transmit hate speech, spam, or misleading promotions.

12. Governing Law

•  These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Uttar Pradesh.

Cure N Sure Pharmacy is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction while complying with pharmaceutical safety standards. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before initiating a request.

1. Terms of Return

•  Returns must be requested within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

•  Products eligible for return must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

•  Cold-chain medicines, vaccines, and temperature-sensitive items are non-returnable due to safety regulations.

2. Eligible Reasons for Return

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

•  Wrong product delivered (e.g., incorrect brand, dosage, or salt)

•  Damaged product received (e.g., broken seal, leakage, expired item)

•  Incomplete order (missing items)

Returns are not accepted for:

•  Change of mind or personal preference

•  Opened or used products

•  Prescription medicines without valid return justification

3 To initiate a return:

1.  Email us at returns@curensurepharmacy.in or call +91-XXXXXXXXXX within 7 days of delivery.

2.  Provide your Order ID, product details, and reason for return.

3.  Our team will verify the request and arrange pickup or guide you through the return process.

4.  Returned items must be securely packed and handed over to the assigned courier.

4. Refund Process

•  Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

•  Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., UPI, card, net banking).

•  In case of COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer after confirmation.. Return Process
